These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fox Manor Spin (the "Game"), published by Connexions Federal Services LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Game you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you can form a binding agreement with us.

2. Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling

Fox Manor Spin is a social game offered solely for entertainment. It uses virtual coins and items that have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes, and do not constitute gambling. Success in the Game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connexions Federal Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
